Self Care or self love is not a symbol of selfishness. Rather, if you don’t take care of yourself you cannot take care of others. Self Care doesn’t necessarily mean parlour visits. Any activity you love to do, be it writing, singing, yoga, meditation , etc. that gives you mental and emotional peace can be considered as self care. Essential oils have been known for years for their incredible benefits. Essential oils are used in aromatherapy, skin care, health care and physical well being for their qualities of elevating mood, relaxing the mind, and providing mental peace. So, here are simple ways of how you can connect essential oils with your self care routine.
